Fred Dorrell


Democrat| Broken Arrow | Human Resources | Married

Fred Dorrell was born and raised in Oklahoma, and resides in Broken Arrow with his wife of twenty-three years Maggie. For thirty-four years, he worked with Ford Motor Company at the Tulsa Glass Plant and was ultimately appointed by the National Ford Department to be UAW Benefits Representative. Prior to that appointment, he was elected President/Chairman of the UAW Local 1895. For the past six years, Fred Dorrell has been Human Resources Labor Specialist for Spirit AeroSystems in Tulsa. He has also served as an adjunct professor of Business and Human Resources classes at Tulsa Community College for the past twenty-one years.

Sam A. Mis-Soum


Democrat| Tulsa | Businessman | Married

Sam Mis-Soum is a fairly recent transplant to Oklahoma. He moved here several years ago after receiving his degree in Advanced Materials Engineering from Auburn in 2011, and graduated with his MBA from OSU in 2015. He is enrolled with the Harvard Extension School starting in January 2019. He was the CEO of drone manufacturer and 3D-modeling company AMG (Animason Media Group) Elite MCMLXI, and is now CVO of Mi2 (MOSSAD [Mizoom Order Safe Secure And Delivered] Industries Incorporated), a high-end shoe delivery company.

Leslie Osborn


Republican| Mustang | State Representative; Businesswoman | Divorced

Leslie Osborn was born on October 17, 1963 in Salina, Kansas. She later went to OSU, graduating in 1986 with her Bachelor’s in Business Administration. She soon after moved to Tuttle and established her farm and then later her business, Osborn Pickup Accessories. She served for eight years on the Grady County Farm Service Agency and also was a member of the Canadian Valley Technology Center Foundation. In 2008, she ran for the State House of Representatives and won, later being re-elected four times. During her time of service, she has received numerous awards, and was for a time the Chair of the House Appropriations and Budget Committee, becoming the first woman to do so. She now lives in Mustang, and has two children, Wall and Katie.

Cathy Costello


Republican| Edmond | Businesswoman; Mental Health Advocate | Widowed

Cathy Costello was born in Overland Park, Kansas as the younger of two children. She worked to put her way through the University of Kansas and received a degree in teaching. She met her husband while attending, and after graduation moved with him to Texas and later Oklahoma where she worked as an educator. During this time, she also helped to run the businesses with which he began to build, eventually helping him full-time. They built eight businesses across six industries with a global reach. After her husband was killed by her oldest son during a psychotic episode, she became a mental health advocate, working at the state and local level for reforms of the mental health system. She was the wife of the late Labor Commissioner Mark Costello. She lives in Edmond, and has five children.

Keith Swinton


Republican| Norman | Contractor | Single

Keith Swinton born in Little Rock, but later moved to Idabel, where he graduated from high school in 1982. He moved to Norman to attend OU, where he graduated with a mechanical engineering degree in 1989, and he has lived there ever since. He has his own business, Ref-Works, and does some work at the U.S. Postal Service Center in Norman in various capacities. He is also an aspiring musician.
