After much often-passionate debate about policy v. politics,  Gov. Mary Fallin survived the first attempt in either legislative house to override one of her vetoes Tuesday. At issue: HB 2296, which would exempt mobile home park operators from civil liability if they allow residents to ride out tornadoes and other storms in the park office.
