House Republicans released Thursday a general outline of their legislative agenda, keeping with the GOP majority’s practice in recent years. Short on specifics, the plan includes an income tax cut. Rep. Scott Martin said he has filed a bill to reduce the tax by 0.25 percentage point. More to come…
