Rep. Pat Ownbey, R-Ardmore, ran into questions and criticism from both sides of the aisle Thursday as he explained a Senate measure aimed at tapping the Oklahoma State Parks Trust Fund to the tune of $15 million to build a new lodge at Lake Murray.
