NOTE: Follow our continuing coverage of this session’s massive workers’ compensation bill, which is due for Senate floor consideration Wednesday afternoon.   The 260-page workers’ compensation measure up for Senate floor consideration today would cut annual system costs by $138 million—all but $1.9 million of that from reducing benefits—according to an analysis by the National Council on Compensation Insurance.
